DEAR ALL,

ON 12 JAN, MINISTER HAS ANNOUNCED A NEW SKILLED VISA WHICH SEEMS TO BE

HELPFUL TO THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY IN POOL. ANY ONE ON THIS BOARD HAVE ANY IDEA

OR GUESSES FOR THAT 'BUSH VISA' ? HOW & WHEN IT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED AND WHAT

WIIL BE ELIGIBILITY ?

This comes in July 2004, do a search as there has been
buckets of discussion on this subject over the past couple of weeks

Does this mean that I should apply immediatly coz
only people with pool marks & already in the pool will be eligeble?
Since I do not qualify as I am under 115 points but well above pool
marks of 70.
