As I mentioned before, my husband sent his AOS papers to NYC district
office on October 4, 2003. Because of the new procedure the NOA's we
received have MSC receipt numbers. There was one NOA for the I-485 and
another NOA for the I-864 Affidavit of Support form.



Interesting note:



On the NOA's it states to call to schedule a biometrics appointment.
His fingerprints will be taken on December 19, 2003.
