Default New H1B: change of company name

Hi,

Currently I am on H4. I found a company who is wiling to sponsor my
H1B visa. The said company was dissolved and a new company was formed
as there was some management problem. Now the new company will be
sponsoring my H1B. The earlier company had a good track record. As
informed to us, The client and employees of the earlier company were
transfered to the new company.

Now I have couple of questions in front of me:
1] Since the company is new what are the chances that my visa might
get rejected

2] Apart from the fact that the company got dissolved and a new
company was formed, there was also a change in address of the company,
its phones numbers, HR contacts email id (person being same the
address being different) and the URL. Is there are source to verify
the genuineness of the above company.

Thanks

Mandar
