I saw the message from Firefire that he was asked for new forms after
the status changed to "Decision Made". I am wondering if any body else
got such a letter and if so, how long did it take for the Passport
request after that. I got my status changed DM today

My timeline:
Applied: 01/2002
AOR: april 16,2002
Initial assessment: August 12, 2003 (Interview waived)
Medicals reached Ottawa: January 7, 2004
e-client status changed to Decision Made and Medicals received on
January 27th, 2004

Hope they dont ask for new forms. It might prolong the process again
by couple of months. FireFire, keep in touch with regards your
process. I will let you know of any update.

You might be lucky as your DM mentioned your medical
dicision. i think you will get the letter of request the passport.
