Default New fees...when do the take effect?

Hi
Could someone please tell me when the proposed new fees of
-129F (K1) Was $170 Proposed $455
I-130 (Alien Relative) Was $190 Proposed $355
Biometrics Was $70 Proposed $90
I-601 (Waiver) Was $265 Proposed $545
I-765 (EAD) Was $180 Proposed $340
I-131 (AP) Was $170 Proposed $305
I-485 (AOS) Was $325 Proposed $905
N-400 (Naturalize) Was $330 Proposed $595

are supposed to take effect.

I wouldn't mind paying highe prices even though some have doubled or
tripled, if it meant they would be processed in either a third or half
of the time.

I guess there is no set date yet then....thanks for the laugh Jenney I
just thought they may have set the date but I guess it is a good thing
that they havent yet for the people who havent filed yet.

"Q. When are the new fees effective?
A. A proposed rule on the fee adjustments will be published in the
Federal Register on February 1, 2007. The proposed rule provides for a
60-day public comment period. After receipt and analysis of the
comments, USCIS will draft a final rule reflecting the public input.
It is important to note that a proposed rule does not and cannot by
itself, raise any immigration benefit application fees. Publication is
only the beginning of the regulatory process where an agency announces
its intentions to change its current regulations, and solicits public
comments on the effect of these changes."
