Know what you mean, but think of it like this........you're a year
closer to going than you were this time last year.......

No word as yet and to cap it all, my phone line is not working and I
have no phone or internet

Changing phone companies in the new year and making do with cybercafes
at the moment.

I expect we will hear in the new year, especially as I have just signed
a 3 month contract with British Telecom for which has financial
implications if we cancel.

yes. Got visa grant letter this morning. Bond lodged 22nd December. I
sent an e-mail last night just to ask if anything else was required from
us after lodging bond (to be honest it was just to bring our application
to c.o's attention) and our e-mail was here at 4.30am when i got up to
let the dog out so maybe you should try this also. C.O. said our file
was passed to her on tuesday so our e-mail arrived at a good time. Let
me know how you get on.

hopefully around 3rd week in march and shippers booked for 12 & 13
February. Only thing is father not too well in hospital just now and
taking things each day as it comes at the moment. Dont have the heart to
them parents just yet that visas are granted. Timing not great - eh

I'm so sorry to hear of your father, as if this time isn't
stressful enough as it is without extra worries. Hope it all works
out well for you.
