does anyone know when the details will be issues for the new visa and
what points you need to apply for this, will it all be issued in next
few days?

Take a calendar, tear it up and put all the bits in a
hat. Fish about a bit, pull a piece of paper out and details will be
announced on that date ;) :D
Nobody knows when the details will come out
but I would imagine it must be soon if they are accepting applications
from July 1st.
See the posts on this forum from Alan Collett about
points - the government has not actually said 110 points but they
said the pass mark will be the same as the 2002 standard for Skilled
Independant, which was 110. Hope this helps :)
