Default The need to maintain F-1 status after File I-140

Hi everyone:
Should I keep going to school to maintain my
F-1 status after I file a I-140? If I need to maintain my F-1 status, I
may have to apply for a school for the Fall semester. I have used up my
OPT training. Currently, I have an employer to sponsor me as a nurse.

Many thanks to all nice people in this forum community!
Amy

I know that when a person files I-485 concurrently with I-140 or I-130,
he/she does not need to maintain their F-1 status anymore.

Filing I-140
or I-130 alone does not provide the same immigration benefit, you will
still need to maintain F-1 status.
