Ravi:

If you intend to lodge your ACS application after completing 1-year of
study (before April 1, 2004) or two years of study (after April 1), you
do not hav eto worry about RPL or previous job expereinec. You would be
appying in Group C which does not require any job experienec. With this
skills assessment, you can lodge a Skilled Independent - Overseas
Students application (subclasses 880, 881, or 882). If you intend to
lodge a Skilled Independent Offshore (Subclass 136) applciation within
six months of quitting your job, it may be a wise idea to get an IEAust
skills assesment instead of ACS. IEAust processes them incredibly fast
and there is no work experience requirement in the field of Engineering.

Hi Ravi,

We're in Sydney and we do a lot of ACS and IEAust assessments, plus many
onshore students. I suggest you call for an appointment, but be quick, I'm
going on holiday tomorrow for two weeks...

Cheers

Hello George,

Happy Christmas and a New Year to You. By the way your leave coincides
with DIMIA vacations. Good Time Management. But do come on time to bless
