I applied for 136, got refusal and finally dropped into pool. As
currently I'm in 457 working onshore, is is possible for me come out of
the pool by persuading my employer to do ENS for me. I don't think RSMS
will be applicable in my case as I'm not based in any of the regional
areas.

other options like 'skill matching' is available for me ? Can my
employee picks me from the skill matching database, as I assume that my
skills is listed in current MODL.

any help would be highly appreciated.
