everything is basically in their website. you dont need to buy a
ticket yet until you pass your interview (passport will be mailed back
with the visa few days after the interview).if its a pleasure trip, u
need to show atleast a P100K of unencumbered funds to show you can
support yourself the entire time of stay. You should also convince the
officer that you will be coming back--like proof of authorized leave
from work, business, properties you own in Manila. If you have a
relative in Canada, you can ask for a letter of invitation (they shd
be legally staying in Canada and can afford to take care of you -in
principle). As for the chances of being approved, its the officer's
