Default My Current Employer refuses to give me a referral letter. What to do now?

Hi.

I'm all set to submit my testimonals for ACS assessment.

But the firm I work (for the past 6 years) refuses to give me a referral letter saying that its againt their HR policies due to its confidentiality in nature. So, I can only get a letter stating that I'm a full-time employee, employement dates, employee number, etc. and no information of projects, skill sets, job descriptions, etc will be provided.

Any suggestions as to what I should do in this situation? Is there an alternative? I want to be honest and do my best within this limitation. Any suggestion would be of great help. Thanks!
