My Citizenship has been denied because I plied guilty of a moving violation
back on 1999 (driving with a suspended drivers license). Immigration stated
that this is a crime and that is way it has been denied. I have 120 days to
appeal this case to the District Court and I need and advice. Do I have any
chance to win this case? Is there any particular thing I should know before I
go to the court? Or should I just forget about becoming a US Citizen because
this issue. appreciate any help. Thanks.
The officier judged if you were a person of good morality in the last 5
years. Appealing isn't a good idea. Don't do anything wrong and you could
apply again in 2005 and should have the US citizenship.

I was denied the first time, wreckless driving. They can't grant
citizenship if you're on probation. They told me as soon as probation
was lifted (was a 3 year term with 2 served) to apply again. I ended
up getting a note from the local police dept to say they had no
warrents for me when I applied again.
Personally I wouldn't try and fight it. You never specified your
sentence which might have been helpful for people to give you advice.
