Default Mr. Miller, Pl. Advise

Mr. Miller,

I'm a 2001 applicant with family in Independent category and have
applied to CHC New Delhi.

I's advised to go for re-medicals and were completed and reports sent
in June 2003. Since then we've not heard from them. We'd sent 2
reminders by fax but are still unanswered.

Assuming that reports are ok, we've forwarded our passports to CHC
(were required to do so as per their instructions recd. with
Medicals)as my family's medicals expire on 10th March 2004.

My question is ;

1) If our visas are approved and issued, how much time "usually" one
gets before the expiry of visa? (I believe expiry for my family will
be 10th March)

I mean will they process my case on priority (since wife's medicals
are expiring) and send the passports back in 10-15 days to allow me
about 1 1/2 months to land?

Thanks in Advance.

Niraj
