Default Mr. Miller, attn. please

I did the medical examination by a approved

doctor (DMP) in Canada in November last year. However, recently I
receive a letter from CIC, that they did not receive my medical exam so
far. So I went to the docotor to ask them if the medical result had been
sent. In fact, they still have the copy of my medical report and told me
when my medical report was sent to Ottawa last year, and it was sent by
reqular mail. However, they refused me to make a copy of the report, and
just give me the telephone 888-242-2100, told me to ask CIC myself. I
try the number many times but always busy signal.

What I am fraid that the report was lost during the mail, and Ottawa did
not receive it. I ask the doctor why not send by registered mail, and I
can pay for it if you told me at that time. But he said that they sent
all by reqular mail, and there has been no problem with it.

Now the report is close to its expiration. It is OK for me to do it
again, but I am fraid that the same thing happened again. I have wait
for more than 2 years here for skill worker application here, it is
painful for me to wait another 4 months for the medical evaluzation.

Is it legal that I ask the docoter to give me a copy in Canada. If
Ottawa truly did not receive it, what should I do under this situation.

I am greatly appreciate your feedback, thanks in advance

Do medicals again fast and save yourself time and hassle of trying to find
out where your old medicals are.

Certainly use a different DMP if you have to repeat the medical exam!
