hi, my sis has told me about your site and gave me the address too,
you are really doing well. my problem is that that i have been
sponsored by my husband who is a PR Canada and my medicalwas done in
feb,2003 so my visa is likely to be issued in feb,2004, but i have
delivered a baby girl now, and i have told the DMP about it at the
time of medical. i had told about baby to Islamabad Embassy and they
asked for birth certificate, copy of passport, photos and request from
relative in Canada to include baby in my sponsorship. my questions
are:
1- Does it mean that baby willbe included in my sponsorship as they
asked for all the docs of baby? or can they include the b aby in my
sponsorship file?

2- what documents will CAse Processing center, Missisagua ask for?

3- My husband is going back to CAnada in Oct, Can he apply for the
baby as soon as he reaches there or should he do some job and show low
income cut-off too in this case?

4- Any other thing which you advise for the easiest and shortest way
of processing as i dont want the expiry of my medical which will be
expired in Feb,2004? is 3 months enough for baby's processing if they
include her in my file?

5- Can i apply for baby's visitvisa or TRP in this case?
6- I have an interview in Islamabad in Nov. what can they ask in case
of sponsorship?

Please give the answers as i m much worried about it?????Thanks in

Just submit all what CHC Islamabad asked for (including CAD 150 fee for the
baby) and baby will be included as your dependant.

You will most likely be asked to do your medicals again if processing takes
too long.

You may apply for visitor visas but don't expect to get them under the
circumstances.

Interview is required in spousal cases mainly to determine if the
relationship is bona fide and not just marriage of convenience for the
purpose of immigration.
