Default Moving from the midwest to California...will this slow our timeline??

My fiancee is moving from Kansas to California.

If we call the Nebraska office and change her address and have our case move
to the California service center, will this speed up or slow down our case
timeline...we are approx. 65 days into it at the Nebraska office, and I have
heard that the California offices are much more quicker in processing cases.

Anyone have any thoughts on this.....would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance
