Dutch, beat me to my own good news

I just found out this morning, I was about to post on here.

Question for the people going through Cairo:

Is it possible to have an interview by the end of Dec.?? I'm going to be
there during that time and wanted to be with my wife at the interview. I
imagine P3 won't be sent out before mid December, but we should send it
back in one day if not less.

Any ideas??

I wonder how many people watch the mediabrew site like hawks for any
signs of action like APPROVALS! I wish more people would register with
the timelines! It is our only real source of information on what is
happening with the NBC. Any of you reading these forums - if you have
not posted your timelines, please do so.

Thank you all.

I agree completely, people need to make more use of the timeline
sites. Between USCIS and the Consulates there's enough confusion, so
it would be good if everyone helps by putting their information up on
these sites.

Heba, I just emailed the Consulate, I didn't mention anything about a
December interview. I'll try to convince them of that in person when I'm
there. I'm just hoping they send out P3 ASAP; if they send it to her by
early next week, and she can return it within a day. Then there is a
possibility we get an interview sometime after Christmas and before New
Year's. I hope.

Keep those prayers going.

Masri,

First, congrats on the approval!

Also, when I emailed my consulate (Paris) about opening a provisional
file and sending me packet 3 before the file was transferred to them,
they sent me part I of DS-230 to fill out and asked me to send it back
along with a copy of my notice of approval. So one and all, by the
time they get all that and get around to sending me packet 3, I think
they will already have gotten my file! So I'm not sure it sped things
up any for me.

All that to say that I do hope you'll have more luck than me! Wishing
you all the best and a speedy interview date!
