Only time will tell. Europe, e.g. Spain in actually unequivocally
giving in to terrorism, has sent a powerful message that terrorism
works, in Europe. A letter from "diplomats" to Blair has urged him
to give in to terrorism. A smart terrorist organization will

Spain didn't give in to terrorism, they said they didn't
want their troops over in Iraq helping the Americans in a war
which the Spanish people opposed in the first place becuase
they knew if Iraqs main export was bananas the war wouldn't have
ever have gone ahead.

The letter urged Blair to attempt to get Bush change his policies
on Iraq and the Middle East in general becuase they are not working.

Doug you stay in the "New World" where you are all run by corporations,
and not political leaders and culture means very little, and patriotism
is so naieve it's unbelievable. You stay over there and be fed what can
only be called right wing propaganda by FOX news because maybe they

This piffle inspires three questions:

How would you "call" for jihad, or indeed three pints of bitter, other than
"openly"?

Isn't it strange that the authors missed the Muslim march against jihadism
in Luton yesterday, as reported in today's Guardian?

One of the authors has "Junior" after his name. How strange! Wherever might
he possibly come from?

Bullshit. The war in Iraq was opposed by the vast majority of Spaniards long
before the 11 March attacks.

You are wrong. Actually terrorism works in the USA. The Bush mafia has done
exactly what bin Laden wanted: start a war against a country that had
nothing to do with terrorism, creating thousands of new recruits for Jihad.
For every terrorist Bush has killed or arrested, he has created 100 new
ones.

European countries should move out of Iraq and let the Americans clean up
the mess that Bush c.s. have created.

Good.

BTW, Spain did the right thing. In the end, it was brave enough not to
cave in to US blackmail. Much harder than this insignificant issue of
"terrorism."

Currently the most serious case of terrorism is what the US military are
doing in Iraq.

Everyone knows that the majority of Spaniards were against the war in
Iraq.

What you and Sjoerd refuse to accept is the fact that the bomb changed
the outcome of the vote. The bomb created the regime change in Spain
that the terrorists wanted. What will they want next?
