He apologised for the delay saying he has had a lot on his plate. My
draft appears to be all in order and completed as TRA would like it to
be, but he�ll double check it and let me know of any changes tomorrow.
He really had already read it as there were a couple questions that
could only be asked if the draft had actually been read.

Not a problem... keep on his back though and dont forget to tell him you
expect a realistic turnaround on these matters from now on. Whilst he
may have read it he could have jotted down the questions and given you a
bell...that would have been one case done and dusted for a bit. If he
needs more staff..then thats not your fault. Hope it goes ok for you
though now. x
