Default Medicals done in Australia

Help please,
whilst in Australia my migration agent informed me that it
would be quicker and cheaper to have the medical done out there for my
prospective marriage visa. Due to the fact that it would take a few
weeks to get the results back, i was returning to the UK within the same
week i told them to send the results to the uk address. That was over 3
weeks ago and I've not heard anything since.

is there anyone out there
who's been in a similar situation and how long before you got the
results??????

Hi

That delay could be due to them having to wait for the written
reports from chest xrays and blood tests before posting the completed
forms. That can be up to about 10 days depending on what tests were
requested.
Then the post from Aus to UK takes about 6 days or at least
it did last week! Add in a little for administrative incompetence and
you could easily be waiting 3 or more weeks :(

Dont Panic :)
