Hello to all on the forum!

I know this is a stupid question, but I need to ask:
Has anyone been refused a visa only on the basis of being a smoker?
with clear x ray and no health problems?

Any advice appreciated!

Hi Makido, and welcome :waves:

At a guess I'd say the answer to your question is NO.

Although Australia is not a particularly smoker friendly country, if
your meds and health checks come through OK there should be no reason
why you would be declined a visa on the sole basis that you're a
smoker.
