Medical issues are very subjective and very specific to the case and
generally you won't get an accurate answer here.
The results of your medicals tests depend on a lot of factors - like the
doctor's final assessment, how the CIC officer interprets it as per their
rules, etc.
It may not be a problem at all, depending on what else they found in the
urinalysis, your sex, health conditions, etc.
If it is an issue, they will probably order further and more detailed tests
to fully evaluate your case.
