i only no about females!!! are you ready?!!!!!!

protein on urine dipstick can be anything.............. bit of
discharge, urine infection, sperm, etc etc. did you ummmmmmm wash
before you went and did it??!! if not, maybe discharge etc etc . if
you did wash then maybe guess at a urinary tract infection , any
frequency in weeing? pain on weeing etc etc. are you otherwise well,
any raised blood pressure?

Poor me a MALE ?!!?

Only thing that applies to me is BP...My BP is normal (I had 130/100).

Apart from this test I'm a good healthy/ strong man has no
problems at all...

My main worry is how this could affect my application progress.

Experts JAJ/Alan/George..Please advice me.

Thanks Again.

wow with a dyastolic of 100 thats high, hope your doc didnt write this
on your meds as an acceptable dyastolic should be less than 90. mine was
90 and doc said this was just acceptable for medical form any higher may
be a refusal??? could be high if worried though, also believe that
protein in pee is nothing too worry about as said possible uti or
haven't drunk enough clear fluids that day.

i agree with the above, however 2+ protein is something more than a
trace, why not just go to you dr, do another sample. if still has
protein on, then get gp to send it off for culture - that will solve
that problem for you.

oh and just because your male doesnt mean that contamination of
discharge and stuff.... doesnt effect you!!!!

Yes, I'd pop down to your GP (or can a pharmacist check this?) and get
checked again... along with your BP!

Try not to worry.

What did the panel doctor say to you, didn't he advise that you repeat
the test and or see a specialist,

Best go to your GP if you've always had hypertension drink cranberry
juice that will sort the protein problem as regular drinking of
cranberry cleans the bladder. Don't think its advisable to go the
chemist embarrassment and are they really qualified to deal with you're
probs.
hey though the hypertension is probably due to nerves, and pee as said
earlier ? infection or poor fluid intake.
Rich
don't worry ride the wave and chilllllllll
