Medical exam before AOS
Hi all,
I am in the process of filing AOS for my wife and wondering about medical exam. Does my fiance have to complete her medical exam before she can submit I-485 or wait until notification of AOS's interview? Also, we live in San Diego and need to know local doctors for medical examination. Merry X-mas to all Stephon |

She applied in person and never asked to submit for her medical exam result. She didn't even bother to take one. I really don't know if that's the office policy or not. Since my friend never actually confirm that to the officer. I suggest you to call and ask them about that. By the way, they process EAD on the same day if you arrive early. Good luck, Yanne |

was she here on a K-1. If so then you can include a copy of the medical
checklist given to the embassy. That should be sufficient (and like stated above, for K-1's they typically would not require this at the time of filing anyways).
