Default Medical Diagnosis after grant, before validation

Hi guys,

Ok, it's really not serious, thank God. I was diagnosed with Rosacea,
which is similar to Adult Acne, but can be a little more serious (NOT
life-threatening) if not kept in check. All I need is a medicated
facial lotion (I am paying 5 Euro (in Germany) for this lotion that
lasts 3-4 months) and a check-up by a dermatologist if the lotion stops
working (that's what I was told by my doc in DE).

Do I have to alert my CO in Berlin (or elsewhere?? I'm a Spouse 309 visa
holder) about this medical change?

Also, my name changed when I got married. When I applied for my visa,
since my passport still had my old name (and still does), I had to use
my maiden name on the application. I put my new name in the area on the
app for other names, so that should be covered. What do I do, though,
when I finally do get my new passport once we are settled in Australia?

Thanks everyone! Getting excited about moving!
