Default Marriage-based Green Card - I-130 or I-485 or both?

I imagine this gets' asked here quite often, so forgive me if I'm
repeating somebody's question. I just got my citizenship, so my wife
will now apply for a Green Card. Do we need to file I-130 or I-485 or
both at the same time (the entire I-485 package, I suppose)?

Also, she's on H1 visa now, which will probably expire before she gets
her GC. Does she need to extend the visa in order not to get out of
status?

Thanks.

Dmitry

once the AOS takes in effect she is legal, if she needs to work, she needs
to apply for EAD on yearly basis.
