On the face of it for point 1& 2, you have fulfilled the residency
requirements for the next three years, to keep the PR open after that you
would need to re-apply for a new PR card & maintain that one by spending
another two out of the next five years. At least that's how I see it
working, O&WHMKB.
I would also suggest you make trips in\out of Canada so that you are seen to
be "active" & maintain a mailing address there.
I can't speak for the tax implications though of what you envisage or indeed
as a result of my point about a mailing address there.
