Lock Box Chicago + MSC
Hi everyone!
Sumitted my i-485 in March to local office, case was transferred to lock box in Chicago and then to NSC (National Service Center). Two months later no cashed checks, no receipt notice? Normal? Delay? Need answer, since I am a DV-2004 winner... Any suggestions?
