LC through different company than your employer
Hi All,
I have one question , can I start my labor for green card through company X and me working through company Y (which is actually my H-1 sponsor) becuase my company is in a state which has high LC processing times. I don't want to transfer my H-1 to company X. Thanks for your reply. |
