LAFHA/457 Visa and Leave without Pay question
Hey i am on a 457 visa and am receiving LAHFA... I would like to take some Leave without Pay as I haven't accrued enough Annual Leave, but a fellow expat had told me that there are some conditions of the LAFHA (he couldn't tell me specifically) and that it may not be possible for people on LAFHA to take leave without pay...
anyone know anything about this subject... I want to book some leave stat and need to make sure i'm not jeopardizing my status! Thanks in advance  |
