Is there anyone who knows if you have a job offer from Australia - does
you visa application process speed up??

Got Job Offer - got Visa application forms - what next?

We went down this route.

The first thing to happen is for you to be sponsored by your employer
for a labour agreement. They have to apply for this at DIMA Once
DIMA have approved this, you then apply for a labour agreement under
form 47ES.

I would consider frontloading your medicals and Police checks. We sent
in our application without these and waited for them to be requested.
It definitely adds a few more weeks to the visa process if you dont send
them in. By the way your medicals get sent to the LCU and the visa
application Police checks somewhere else. Our labour agreement was
approved at DIMA's office in Canberra.

We applied for our visa in September and it was granted in November.

If you have any questions, you can always send me a PM.
