After 1 1/2 years of marriage we are finally approved for K3 visa! I
have been coming to this board for so many months, learning, sharing
in joyous approvals and some disappointments. The RFE in March was a
setback and I had almost given up hope. I had involved a Congresslady
and a Senator. It took over 200 days for approval. I am in shock right
now! I wondered for so long how it would feel.

April 18, 2003 Lawyer files I129f to Neb (I told him Chicago!!)
Nov 5, 2003 Finally reaches MSC (7 month delay)
March 8, 2004 RFE for missing paper (dark day)
March 24, 2004 missing paper reaches MSC
May 24, 2004 Alhamdulillah-All thanks be to God we are approved!

Please clarify if you were approved for the K-3 or if your I-129F was
approved. There is a big difference ;-(
