Do I have it covered? Or did I miss something that should be included.
Particularly the photo issue. Still confused on that one.

For spouse:
I-190 with photo for me and spouse
I-485
I-765 with photo for me and spouse
I-864
G-325A for me
G-325A for spouse
Medical
Marriage license
Birth cert for spouse (both Spanish copy and translated copy)
Divorce papers for spouse (Spanish and translated copies)
Divorce papers for me
Copy of Passport and Visa page and I-94 for spouse
Copy of passport for me (also copies of pages showing trips to Peru)
(no travel document wanted at this time..will request one later)

For daughters:

I-190 with photo for me and daughter
I-485
I-864
G-325A with daughters info.
Medical
Birth cert (Spanish and translation)
Copy of Passport and visa page and I-94
(no travel document or I-765 wanted at this time)

Whats an I-190?
Arent you a US citizen? If so, why are you applying for a I-765?
You left the I-130s off, you'll need those

My bad. typo...I-130 not I-190...just corrected that

The I-765 is for my spouse. Yes, I am American and applying for spouse
and stepdaughters

I only asked becuase you mentioned te I-765 for "you and spouse"

You don't need to send your own photo with the I-765, only the
applicant's photo (your wife).

ahhh, yes..that was for the photos...and now I see only her photo

Also just a reminder to make sure you have all the backup for the I-864
(1 year of tax returns, employment letter, pay stubs).

Are there no photos required for an I-485 when one is filing
concurrently with an I-130? I am not sure. Sadegh's I-485 required a
photo, but he came on a K-1 visa.

Thanks...So I'm assuming that photos go with the I-130's (mine and
spouse for her I-130, and mine and daughters with their I-130's, and
then only spouse on the I-765. No other photos?

I was wondering that too....I have enough, so think I'll attatch them
just to be sure. 2 photos for each of the girls, 3 for the spouse
(including I-765) and 6 total for me.
