I am a Canadian citizen married to a Korean national. I am preparing
to submit an inland spousal class immigration application. The
application guide states that people who have lived in Korea must
submit additional forms, but does not say what these forms are. Are
they the same as the forms required in the sponsoring from abroad
category (verified copies and translation of the family census
register, IMM 1052 and IMM 5432)?

Check to CICs website for post specific instructions for Seoul. You will
find the info there.
