Indonesia's Lion Air starts Vietnam service Low cost carrier flies to Ho Chi Minh City four times a week JAKARTA (Xinhua) -- Indonesia's Lion Air has launched its first flight to Vietnam, providing more facilities for strengthening of business ties between the two Asian countries. Lion's MD-82 aircraft flies to Ho Chi Minh City four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The airline charges US$334 for a return ticket, excluding airport tax and insurance.
