Surely you cannot be referring to the dump I have in mind.
Probably, it is full of freaks 15 euro in, the drinks are expensive
(but most people are on drugs) and the night goes on till about 8AM.

Montmartre is already part of Paris. And explore it Montmartre during
the day, not at night.
Literally true but so what? You have to explore different places at
different times, one can't be in two seperate places contemporaneously
at least not in ordinary circumstances; though one does here of men in
battle appearing to their families (as a ghost might) even though they
were not dead.
