Immigrant Investor Program
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has any experience of the IIP? My fiance is a property developer in the UK and also has 9 properties which he rents out...do you think this would enable him to apply under the IIP? The rental properties have all increased greatly in value due to the market rising so much. He does have a limited company, but only 3 of the properties are in his limited company's name (he wants to get rid of it this year as tax-wise it has been nothing but a pain), so he does not have much in the way of company paperwork, (no minutes etc as he is the only employee!) only details from his accountants... I would be really grateful if anyone can offer any help as we are very confused! Many thanks, Wendy |
