I did contact different lawyers in USA and all think that it's very
difficult to solve the problem, because according to this section of
law I have no right to appeal
My questions are:
1. If they are calling me "alien smuggler", do they have the right to
do so, when I'm not charged from any Government and I have done nothing

illegal any time in my life???
2. Everything that they have in my file is either wrong either
intentionally created. How they can be based in something that either
is not for me or any person in my agency either is wrong???
3. Against me there is a big mistake. What do I have to do to fight
against this, when according to the US Laws I have no right to
appeal???
4. My business is hurt twice, last year and this year. When US
Investors are exporting jobs out of USA, as a foreign investor in USA
am I protected
for my investments???? Who will be responsible for that big mistake?

If anybody knows any lawyer that can help me on this case, it will be
very apreciated

Thanks

NICK

Where are you planning to live Nick? The laws are different in each
State . The lawyers usually only know the exact laws on that particular
State .

BS. Immigration law is federal.

Posting the full story will usually get you better responses than
telling us the bits you want us to hear.
