Default If MODL fails

Hi,
I want to assess my application in 2231-79 (Network Security).

Im providing secure communicaiton in LAN environment since 1998 ,
microsoft servers, proxy servers and 3 party security softwares etc.

I have passed MCSE, CCNA, MCP, Diploma in network engineering and
Bachelors in Computer Sciences (3 years but not Recognized degree) .
Last time my application assess in 2231-79 in RPL.

Now i again want to assess my application but one agent told me that i
didnt required to assess my application in RPL. You may qualify without
RPL.

1) May i required to assess my application in RPL ??

2) Am i qualify in MODL (Network Security) ?

3) If i submit my applicaiton in MODL and if they think that im not
qualify in MODL then what will happen ? will they reject my application
or will they assess my application without MODL ?

As far as I understand it, if ACS say that you qualify for the MODL then
you do, so you will know ahead of your actual DIMIA application.

What do you mean the degree isn't recognised? Why not? Sounds like a
pretty good case to me, I hold a three year degree, a short programming
diploma and SAP certification and that was enough with my experience
i.e. didn't need RPL.

Which institution awarded your degree? You should be OK in any case.

What was the outcome of your previous assessment?

To attract MODL points, your ACS assessment must explicitly state that
you qualify.

How about MCPs with No degree?
