Hi there,



Just had a few questions re. the co sponsor on a k3 affidavit.



1. My mother is my co sponsor ( as she is a USC and my father is not)
and I was wondering if my dad had to sign the co sponsor form (I
134) as well.



2. Also, if my mother's salary is well past the 125% of federal min
wage needed, does she need to list all stocks, bonds, property etc?

Also bumping this up to try and get a response

NO. She Only has to list the minimum requirements. Three years tax returns
or 5X assets. Dad does not "have to sign"
