Default I129 statement of intent to marry

I was wondering just how important it is to provide the statements declaring
our intent to marry for the I129. It would seem obvious that we intend to
marry by submitting the I129 and the G325's. Anyway, the statement is the
one thing I didn't ask my fiancee to send me along with the G325.

I guess the BCIS isn't happy until they're buried in paperwork.

Default Re: I129 statement of intent to marry (Thanks)

Thanks to everyone for the replies. I'm just getting frustrated because my
government wouldn't issue her a visitor's visa even though, IMO, she met
the conditions for obtaining it and now I find I won't be able to visit her
before the end of the year because the process for the invitation letter
takes 3 months. Then it takes 3 weeks for her to send it to me so I can
apply for a visa. Yes, I've visited her in the past (July 2002/January
2003).
