My mother in law visitor visa was issue in the Dominican Republic on July 2,
2003. It has an expiration date of October 10 2002.
She entered New York on September 9, 2003. The I-94 was stamped
September 9, 2003. Class B2, Until March 7 2004.

I have two questions:

1. Would it be okay for her to stay until the middle of February or
March 4?

2. If she stay until those date, Would that create any problems for
her to obtain a new Visitor Visa a year from now.?

It's ok for her to stay up to the expiration date of the I-94--***March 7,
2004***.
