Someone Please Help
I am now filling up the I-864 form for my husband who is presently living with me in New York , he is the only one person I am sponsoring in this form .but One thing I do not understand what do i write in the Question #10 of I-864.
Because if i write 1(One) in the box in Question #10 then in question #21a) i will have to again write 1(one)as it says "write the number you wrote in line#10" but if I do So then in again Question #21(c) i have to write 1(one) again as i am married,this will lead to double counting of my husband Please advise as to what to do.

Did you see the bit that says, "Do not count anyone twice"... or this
one - "Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit"? <sigh>

Doesn't it also say "DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE"?

Make sure you have a current form; the instructions are a good thing to
read too:
"This section asks you to add together the number of persons for whom
you are financially responsible. Some of these persons may not be
residing with you. Make sure you do not count any individual more than
once, since in some cases the same person could fit into two categories.
For example, your spouse (whom you would enter on line 21c) might also
be a lawful permanent resident whom you have already sponsored using
Form I-864 (line 21f). If you included your spouse online 21c, do not
include him or her again on line 21f."
