I-751 (removal of conditions) children filing separately
In our case, two children received conditional green card first and the parent received hers 90 days after the children.
So, we are filing separate I-751 for children. Can the children file I-751 together or does each child need to file separately? And how much of filing fee should we send to USCIS? Please answer only if you can cite the source of information. "Opinions and Thoughts" won't help me much. Thank you. |
