Default I-751 approved.

Hi all

Yesterday I got my notice of approval of I-751. My time line is
as the following,

Sent I-751 march 2003
approved April21,2004

It looks like VSC speed up.

By the way in the letter there is something says New classification symbol: IR6
What does this mean?

Thanks

Congratulations

Means you are no longer
conditional ;-)

Have you posted your filing and approval experience
on the kamya site? Would be great since so many VSC filers are still
in the holding pen from 2002 on their I-751's.

Congratulations!!!!

VSC does not make any sense, I don't understand
how if they are supposedly working on I-751's from 1/03 and you filed
yours on 3/03 you already got approved... but in any event, I am so glad
for you. Thanks for coming back to post your timeline/share your
approval.

IR- means Immediate Relative

That's great - they are definitely speeding up. If the improvement carries
on mine will be approved in under a year - just dreaming!

Andy.

Note her reference
to 21 months. She just was approved for conditional residency, hence
the reference to 21 months which would be the time she would be
eligible to file.
