I-140 and I-485 concurrent filing
Can someone tell me if I-140 and I-485( concurrent filing) are adjucited
together? I did concurrent filing (EB1) in May 03 at NSC. My I-140 decision is pending and my finger printing has been done for AOS (I- 485). I want to know if both I-140 and I-485 will be adjudicited togetehr? Thanks. |

I-140 goes first and I-485 does not get abjudicated until I-140 gets approved. You do get the date of original submission valid for I-485 though in case I-140 goes through so you do not waste the time. KP |
