Default I-130..for my stepkids(under 18) in europe..i paid 350 fee CIS asked..what next?

Hi All

thanks for your help

I am US citizen. Married a girl from back home, she came ON B2,went thorough
I485 and she recieved GC.
I sent I130 for both of er kids ,still in europe, after they recievd all
paerwork CIS asked me to pay 350 for each. i did that.kids are 12 and 13

questions are:
how long it takes from that fee, till they get interview (ballpark)

when they go to the embassy,do they get GC there,or will i have to go
thorough 485 here

how soon i can expect kids to come?we miss them

Thank you all for reading and helping

marijan

Are you paying to the National Visa Center in New Hampshire?
National Visa Center

That link explains the process from here. They are getting close to a Consular interview. After the interview, they will be issued Immigrant Visas, making them Permanent Residents when they enter the US. They will not need I-485 & should be 'done' when they get here.
Watch for 'conditional' status for your wife and children, and see if they need to file I-751 after two years (see how long wife's green card is valid for).
