How to lodge a bond with commonwealth bank(after approval of AOS and
written notification by centrelink).Does name of assurer needs to be on
account or it is on the name of centrelink? I am a bit confused about
it.Do we need to make an appointment with bank.

Does it need to make an appointment again with centrelink to submit
reciept of bond?

As far as I'm aware your AOS has to make an appointment with the bank
take the AOS letter to open a special account which costs around $150
to do and deposit the money in there. Take the recieipt back to
Centrelink (some places require another appointment some don't) and hey
presto it is done.

huh, $150 to open a new account, are you sure? and can the money via the
Brisbane centrelink office usually be deposited straight after the
centrelink interview, so it is all done and completed on the same day?
