Default How to cancel Fiancee visa

My fiancee and I are having big problems and i would like to cancel
her visa only she's here in the country is there and one i can call to
cancel it and send her back now. I don't want her to be my
responsiblity for the next 3 months. I would think things would be
better if she left.
Any help is greatly appreicated.

Contact the nearest USCIS office and ask them.
Other than that, leave it alone. Let it rest.
She is not "your responsibility" to keep track of.

Isn't he responsible for her affidavit of support? Is the K1 affidavit
legally binding? if he doesn't marry her?

Harry,

There is no visa to cancel - it got her to the immigration desk at the
POE, and that's all it's good for. Now she has an I-94 that authorizes
her to stay in the US for 90 days.

I've no idea what you can do about the I-94.

Regards, JEff

Hi:

A K-1 is a one-entry visa. Use and you lose it. So it has already been
cancelled. She is NOT your repsonsiblity. If you don't marry her
within the 90 day period -- then it is the problem of ICE and not you.

Hi:

Why USCIS? If she never files for adjustment [or asylum], it is not
their problem and they are not involved in it in any way.
